Safe Driving Abroad

    Please review the following tips before driving abroad:

    Local Laws: Learn country driving rules.  Get a copy from tourist office or embassy.

    Road Signs: Review road signs

    GPS System: Rent a portable GPS system with maps of your destinations.

    Drive Lane:  Be aware of the local driving lane directions (opposite in many countries).

    Rental Car: Request automatic transmission.  Practice in parking lot before leaving rental company.

    Drive Safely:  Obey speed limits, wear seat belt, and never drink and drive.
