HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Click on "Apply" section of Main Menu (left side).
  2. Review registration instructions.
  3. Complete online registration...initial and click "submit".
  4. You will receive an auto receipt when you submit your registration.
  5. Shortly after, you will receive an auto e-mail letter that confirms your registration.
  6. Send your registration fee of $50.
  7. Send CSA an e-mail when you send payment.
  8. Be sure to review the Main Menu sections for additional information.
